Every order is fulfilled by Amazon.

Shipping

Menpol products are listed on Amazon.com and are eligible for Amazon's standard delivery options. Delivery speed, cost and any free-shipping threshold are determined by Amazon and shown clearly at checkout — we don't set them and can't override them.

If your order qualifies for Amazon Prime, the usual Prime delivery benefits apply. If it doesn't, Amazon will show you the available options before you pay.

Returns and exchanges

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the Amazon return policy attached to your order, and are processed by Amazon rather than by us. To start a return:

• Open Your Orders in your Amazon account.
• Find the Menpol item and choose the return or replacement option.
• Pick the reason and follow Amazon's instructions for the return label and drop-off or pickup.

Refund timing is set by Amazon and depends on the return method you choose.

Hygiene and opened garments

Because these are worn against the body, Amazon's return eligibility rules for personal-care items apply. Unopened, unused items are the straightforward case. If you've tried a garment on and it doesn't fit, start the return through Amazon and select the accurate reason — the eligibility rules are Amazon's, and we can't make an exception to them from here.

Arrived damaged or incorrect

If a garment arrives damaged, or you received a different colour, pack size or size than you ordered, start a return through Amazon and choose the "item defective or doesn't work" or "wrong item was sent" reason. That routes it correctly on Amazon's side. You're also welcome to email us so we know about it — repeated issues with a specific variant are something we want to fix at the source.

Wrong size?

This is the most common reason people return, and it's usually fixable. Email us your thigh measurement (taken over the diaper or liner you normally wear) and your waist, and we'll tell you which size to order as the replacement. Our size guide has the full tables.

Warranty and durability

Our reusable covers are tested past 200 washes. If a garment fails well before that — delamination, a split seam, elastic that has given out — tell us through info@menpol.com. Normal wear over years of use isn't a defect, but premature failure is worth reporting.
