About
We make protection that doesn't announce itself.
Menpol exists because the options available to most people were either disposable, noisy, clinical-looking, or all three. Reusable protection should not cost you your dignity, your sleep, or the quiet of a meeting room.
We build a small, deliberately narrow range: waterproof covers that sit over a diaper or liner, and one absorbent boxer brief with a built-in core. Every piece is reusable, machine washable, and tested past 200 washes.
We are not a medical company and we don't pretend to be. Our products are leak-protection garments. They are not medical devices, they don't treat a condition, and they are not a substitute for advice from a clinician. What we can do is make the practical part — staying dry, staying comfortable, staying quiet — considerably better than it usually is.
Design principle 01
Quiet over everything
Crunchy PVC is the reason most people stop wearing reusable plastic pants. We build with TPU and cotton-rubber blends specifically because they don't make a sound when you move.
Design principle 02
Real measurements, published
Most leak problems are fit problems. We publish waist and thigh ranges for every size rather than a single number, and tell you to measure over your diaper or liner — because that is the fit that matters.
Design principle 03
Say what it actually does
Our cloth covers do not absorb. Our boxer briefs do, up to 6 fl oz. We state that plainly on every product page instead of implying more capability than the garment has.
Design principle 04
Reusable as a default
Every product is tested past 200 washes. Fewer disposables, less waste, and a lower cost per wear over the years you own it.
Where to buy
We sell on Amazon. This site is our brand home.
Every Menpol product is listed on Amazon.com, where orders are placed, paid for, shipped and returned under Amazon's own policies. This website shows the full range, the exact prices on our listings, and the sizing detail Amazon's format doesn't have room for. It does not take payments.

For moderate to severe incontinence, both the covers and the briefs are designed to be used together with a diaper or liner. If your needs are heavier, that combination is what we recommend.
