The short version

This website is a static informational site. It has no user accounts, no shopping cart, no payment processing and no contact form. We do not ask you for personal information, and we do not sell or share personal information, because we don't collect it in the first place.

What this website does not do

• We do not process payments. Every order is placed, paid for and fulfilled on Amazon.com, under Amazon's own privacy policy.
• We do not operate a contact form, newsletter signup or account system on this site.
• We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels on this site.
• We do not sell, rent or share personal information.

Technical data

Like any website, ours is delivered through a hosting and content-delivery network. That provider may process limited technical information — such as your IP address, user agent and requested URL — in order to serve the page, protect the site against abuse and produce aggregate traffic statistics.

The site may also set a strictly-necessary security cookie from that provider in order to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. We do not use personalisation, advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie consent banner.

If you email us

If you choose to email us at info@menpol.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass your message to third parties. You can ask us to delete the correspondence at any time by replying to the thread.

Orders placed on Amazon

When you buy a Menpol product, the transaction is between you and Amazon. Amazon is the seller of record and the controller of the personal data involved in that order — your name, address, payment details and order history. We do not receive that data from Amazon. Please refer to Amazon's Privacy Notice for how Amazon handles it.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information held about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we hold almost no personal data, in most cases there is nothing for us to action on this site. Where you have emailed us, you can ask us to delete that correspondence and we will. To make a request, email info@menpol.com.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described in plain language.
