If your question is about an order
Order changes, delivery tracking, cancellations and refunds must be handled through your Amazon account — the seller of record is Amazon, and we don't have access to that order data. Open Your Orders in Amazon and use the returns or contact options there.
I think I ordered the wrong size
Email us with your thigh measurement (taken over the diaper or liner you normally wear) and your waist, and we'll tell you which size we'd send you. That's usually faster than guessing, and it's the question we get most often.
